Prohibited Behaviors

Donations

Donations are voluntary and support our mission. They are processed securely through third-party providers.

Donations are generally non-refundable and may be tax-deductible under applicable laws; consult a tax professional.

We allocate funds as we deem appropriate for our operations.

For recurring donations, you can cancel at any time.

Content

Your Right to Post Content

If the services allow posting (e.g., playlists or comments), you are responsible for its legality.

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for service operation.

You retain rights but must not violate others’.

Content Restrictions

We are not responsible for user Content. You use at your own risk.

Prohibited Content includes unlawful, offensive, or infringing material, such as hate speech, harassment, or misinformation.

We may remove Content at our discretion.

Content Backups

We perform backups but do not guarantee no data loss. Maintain your own copies.

Intellectual Property

All content made available through the services, including without limitation audio recordings, musical compositions, tracks, albums, artwork, cover art, videos, visual works, images, text, graphics, logos, metadata, and other creative materials (excluding content you submit), is owned by Mystic Meditation Records and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and stream such content solely for personal, non-commercial use through the services. No ownership or other rights in any content are transferred to you.

Mystic Meditation Records trademarks, logos, branding, and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

If you believe that any content available through the services infringes your copyright, please contact us with sufficient information to allow us to investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law.

Feedback

You assign us rights to any Feedback, or grant a perpetual license to use it without payment.

Links to Other Websites

We may link to third-party sites, but we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Third-Party Services

Services integrate app store payments and analytics. They have their own policies.

Termination

We may terminate your access immediately for any reason, including breaches.

Upon termination, cease use.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

Messages may include the activation link for our service, account confirmations, customer service responses, and updates you have requested.

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one message after providing your number and occasional follow-up messages related to your account.

Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact us through our website.

We do not share your phone number, opt-in consent, or related information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
